The weather is changing here, fall is on its way. Today, the rain has been falling for most of the minutes within the day. The scarves and boots are out and I just want to drink far too much coffee and sit in a coffee house and write.
When this weather shows its face, it takes me immediately back to my days in Longview. All of the amazing people I crossed paths with, the constantly moving big city of Portland, the constant rain, the music, the coffee, the sushi, etc. Sigh. Much of me misses that place every once in a while.
Especially on a day like today.
